Since, 2000, DuBois Wicklund Group located Downtown Bend Oregon, has provided Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services. Bill DuBois, CCIM
Principal Broker
Earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wheeling Jesuit College in 1969, Bill began a career with the CPA firm Arthur Anderson in New York City. In 1978 Bill moved to San Francisco and opened his own CPA practice. Over the next ten years he developed his company to become a successful accounting practice with nine professionals. Working with many Real Estate Investors & Developers Bill became intrigued with the commercial real estate industry and in 1988 sold his interest in the practice and moved to Bend with his wife and two children. Along with Bill’s experience as a CPA, being a member of the highly regarded Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM) position Bill to be an expert in commercial and investment real estate. In addition, Bill has received his Certified Corporate Services Specialist designation in 2000. Bill is active in the community and has helped many board positions for the City of Bend and the Real Estate Community. Currently Bill is a member of two local developments, Pioneer Crossing and Brookswood Meadow Plaza Bill specializes in investments, developments, and sales. |

Scott Wicklund, P.C.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Scott attended USC obtaining his degree in International Relations & Economics. Scott was selected for a management-training program with Home Federal Savings in San Diego and with this experience and expertise became Vice President of a private commercial real estate development company in California. His duties included land acquisition, land development, leasing, and management on a national and local level. Currently Scott is a member of two local developments, Pioneer Crossing and Brookswood Meadow Plaza. Scott specializes in the retail marketplace in Bend and his goal is to promote and develop this sector of the Central Oregon market. |

Walt Ramage
Broker
Oregon Native, Walt moved to Bend Oregon in 1993 to study at COCC, obtaining certification in USPAP, residential case studies and basic appraisal. Upon conclusion of the program, he earned a State Assistant Appraisal license. Since then, Walt has gained valuable marketing and sales knowledge working in the printing/design industry and recently had the opportunity to get back to his passion, real estate. Walt obtained his broker’s license and combined his sales knowledge learned in the printing industry with Commercial Real Estate. This coupled with his excellent marketing skills enable Walt to separate his clients marketing from the norm and assist them in reaching their investment goals. Currently Walt is the president of a local development company that is building a neighborhood shopping center in South West Bend called Brookswood Meadow Plaza. Walt Ramage specializes in Leasing, Sales, Investments, Ranches, and Development. Walt and his wife Kristi have one child, Hannah. They enjoy boating, traveling, and the outdoors. |

Cassandra Johnson, GRI

Cassandra relocated to Central Oregon in August of 2007. She came to DuBois Wicklund Group from Lancaster, CA with six years experience as a Realtor at Re/Max All Pro in Lancaster. In 2006 she received her GRI - Graduate Realtors Institution. One year later after the move to Oregon she has joined our brokerage team and is also our Office and Marketing Manager. Cassandra, married for six years enjoys living on a small Ranch in Tumalo with her horses, dogs, and enjoys the country life. |
